Aditya brings over a decade of experience in the education sector, with a deep focus on designing impactful, play-based, and experiential learning programs that build essential life and leadership skills. A certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, Aditya integrates hands-on, creative methodologies to make learning meaningful, memorable, and deeply engaging. He began his journey as an educator teaching Math, Visual Arts, and Design to students from Grades 2 to 10, before moving into curriculum design and teacher coach training. His diverse background gives him a unique edge in designing programs that are both joyful and effective across age groups. Aditya envisions The Play Edge becoming a movement that redefines how we learn and grow—where play is not an afterthought, but a powerful tool for transformation.

Venkatesh is an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Always curious, Venkatesh has worked in the tech sector and is a Computer Hardware and Networking graduate who enjoys problem-solving. Venkatesh brings a strong mindset to adapt, bring the group together, and creatively think out of the box, with his years of experience working in the hardware industry. He aspires to develop The Play Edge into a playful learning space that continuously encourages children to think beyond the box.
